1. Agreement

By accessing TrustBadge AI you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. The service

TrustBadge AI generates Trust Scores, badges, and public reports. This MVP uses simulated scanning for demonstration. Scores are informational and do not constitute legal, security, or compliance advice. You are responsible for your own compliance programs.

3. Accounts

Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Free includes a one-time scan and public report; badge ownership and monitoring require a paid plan as described on the Pricing page.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, or use Trust Badges to misrepresent security posture. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Public reports

Public report pages and embeddable badges are designed to be shareable. Do not claim domains you do not control. We may remove reports that are abusive or infringing.

6. Intellectual property

TrustBadge AI branding, UI, and software remain our property. You retain rights to your submitted URLs and company materials. You grant us a license to display public badges and reports you publish.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SCORES ARE COMPLETE, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR REGULATORY CERTIFICATION.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustBadge AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
